Service Agreement – Reaura Therapy

Reaura Therapy is committed to providing respectful, collaborative, and person-centred support within a safe and professional environment.

Services

Services may include therapeutic support, psychosocial support, parenting and family support, assessments, reports, telehealth sessions, community-based sessions, and home visits where appropriate and agreed upon.

Support is tailored to individual needs, circumstances, goals, and suitability.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be offered through telehealth, community-based settings, or other mutually agreed environments.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

Fees & Payments

Fees and payment arrangements will be discussed prior to commencement of services. Payment may be required prior to or on the day of services unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Personal information and session content will remain confidential except where:

  • there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others

  • disclosure is required by law

  • records are subpoenaed

  • consent is provided for information sharing

Telehealth

Telehealth sessions require access to a private and appropriate environment where confidentiality can reasonably be maintained. While reasonable steps are taken to utilise secure platforms, no online communication can be guaranteed as entirely secure.

Crisis & Emergency Support

Reaura Therapy is not a crisis service and does not provide 24/7 support or emergency response services.

Scope of Services

Services are provided within the practitioner’s qualifications, experience, and professional scope of practice. Where appropriate, referrals to alternative or additional supports may be recommended.
