Cancellation Policy – Reaura Therapy

Reaura Therapy values creating a respectful and collaborative practice environment where time, preparation, and availability are thoughtfully held for each individual.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated where possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled session fee. This allows appointment availability to remain accessible for others seeking support.

It is understood that unexpected circumstances, illness, emergencies, and life events can occur. Where appropriate, these situations will always be approached with understanding and consideration.

If you are running late to a session, please contact Reaura Therapy as soon as possible. Session times may need to be shortened where significant delays occur in order to respect existing bookings and availability.
